The Designer and Digital Communications Coordinator is responsible for creating robust and engaging digital content and graphics that illustrate the messages or core concepts for specific campaigns, as well as for the Theater’s e-communications and social media networks. This individual will also be responsible for coordinating the Theater’s promotions schedule and managing all content on harristheaterchicago.org.
This position provides executive support of a highly responsible, professional and confidential nature to the Alexandra C. and John D. Nichols President and Managing Director Endowed Chair. This position also works with the Harris Theater Board of Trustees and Executive and Senior staff in support of the theater’s mission.
The Development and Stewardship Assistant is a full-time position, reporting to the Vice President of Development, and works as a critical part of the external affairs team to support comprehensive fundraising and stewardship efforts and provide calendar management and meeting support to the Chief Operating Officer and VP of Development. Individual objectives include gift processing, data entry, record-keeping, budget tracking, database management in Tessitura, and department administrative support.
The Director of Foundation and Government Relations is a full-time position, reporting to the Vice President of Development and working with the entire development team to lead strategy and implement fundraising efforts for programmatic support from local, regional and national, private foundations, and government funding agencies.
