The Digital Communications and Design Coordinator is a junior management position on the External Affairs team whose primary responsibilities include: developing, designing and creating graphics that illustrate messages or core concepts for specific campaigns; deploying e-communications; coordinating promotions schedule; managing all content on www.harristheaterchicago.org; managing the Theater’s social networks. As the Digital Communications and Design Coordinator, you will drive creative projects and provide input on the development and execution of marketing and communication materials with both in-house and external creative teams.

The Development Assistant is a full-time position that will assist the Development Department with basic donor and development services tasks, including gift processing, data entry, record keeping, budget tracking, database management, event and meeting coordination, and administrative support as required.

The Assistant to the Managing Director is a full-time position that will provide administrative and secretarial support of a highly responsible, professional and confidential nature to the President & Managing Director. This position also works with the Harris Theater Board of Trustees and Executive and Senior staff in support of the theater’s mission.
