As a subscriber, you support our mission to connect extraordinary artists from around the world with Chicago, and we are pleased to offer benefits this season including discounted parking, special offers from neighborhood restaurants and local partners, and opportunities to engage more deeply with the artists appearing on our stage.

Everything To Know Before You Go

As a subscriber, you receive fee-free ticket exchanges to other Harris Theater Presents performances in the season. Subscriber exchanges are allowed up to two hours prior to your ticketed performance. Once a performance has passed, we are not able to offer exchanges.

Please note: When exchanging from a lower to a higher priced ticket, we will collect the difference in price. Refunds cannot be given for the difference when exchanging tickets from a higher-to a lower-priced performance.

Unable to use your tickets? Please consider donating them with as soon as you know! This ensures that other audience members have the option to purchase your seats, plus, the value of your tickets is fully tax-deductible. Just call the box office up to two hours before the start of the performance.

Enjoy additional Harris Theater Presents performances or bring a friend to your subscription series! With your subscription, you may add on tickets at your subscriber discounted rate – up to 30% off single ticket prices. This discount applies to HTP Mainstage, Chamber Music Series, Mix at Six, and Family Series.

To purchase these additional discounted performances online, login to your subscriber account and use promo code 2425ADDON before you start adding performances to your cart! Or, you can call the box office at 312.334.777 during business hours.

Subscriber add-on tickets are limited to four tickets per performance. Plus, as our gift to you, all handling fees are waived for subscribers!

Discounted parking validation is available for all ticket holders to the following garages: Millennium Park, Lakeside, Grant Park North, and Grant Park South. You can purchase your discounted parking -- $16 for 12 hours (regularly priced at $36) – online each time you visit the theater. Visit Millennium Garages Reserve Parking Online - Chicago Illinois | Harris Theater to complete the required form and access this exclusive parking option – you will be assigned a parking card to use scan at entry and exit every time you attend a performance.

Our lobby entrance is located at 205 East Randolph Street on Upper Randolph. If you are parking in the Millennium Park Garage, please take the parking garage elevators to Street/Park Level (Level 7) and enter through this entrance. We recommend dropping off any members of your party with limited mobility on Upper Randolph before parking, where guests can find lobby seats and await the rest of their party or make their way to other lobby levels once having their ticket(s) scanned.

Patrons may no longer enter through Lower Randolph (Level 1) due to improved security measures at the theater.
