Student Discounts

Students with an ID from an accredited college/university are eligible to receive discounted pricing. 

While we do our best to offer tickets to most of our Harris Theater Presents performances, we cannot guarantee discounts to all HTP performances. Ticket availability is at the discretion of the Harris Theater staff and external artist management. Scroll down to view which performances offer student discounts. Student tickets for Harris Theater Presents performances in the 24/25 season range from $10-25 depending on the series and seating location.

• Mainstage Music and Mainstage Dance, when available, are $25 each.
        ○ Student pricing not valid for Premium or Zone A seats.

• Chamber Music, Beyond the Aria, and Mix at Six are $15 each.
        ○ Student pricing not valid for Zone A or Table seats.

• Family Series are $15 for Zone A and $10 for Zone B.

Resident and Visiting Companies may offer student tickets at their discretion. Pricing and restrictions may vary by the event. For availability, please view the Upcoming Discount-Eligible Resident and Visiting Company Performances section below.

A limit of 2 tickets per order is allowed; however, the second ticket holder does not need to present a student ID. 

Student ticket prices are valid for select sections based on performance; however, our Mix at Six series is general admission. 

All tickets are held at the Harris Theater box office until the day of the performance. Students may pick up their tickets from will call starting one hour before the listed performance time. Please remember to bring your student ID – those without valid ID will be required to pay a price difference.

There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. Tickets cannot be transferred.

If a student can no longer attend a performance, you may either donate the value of the ticket(s) to the Harris Theater or you transfer the ticket to another person and pay the difference in price between the student price and the non-student price.
